We were heading to the village to shot the plastic recycle reel with the founder. When we encountered a toll booth on the Pune - Khed Shivapur highway, we found ourselves waiting first in line for more than 2 minutes, which led to the discussion of the NHAI Rule, where Amar told the founder that vehicles should be exempted from toll charges if they have been waiting at the booth for more than 10 seconds.
Initially, Amar was hesitant to ask the founder if we could film the toll booth wait to check if this really works , but to our surprise, she was just as excited as we were. With the founder's approval, Amar confidently started asking questions, but we were running out of time and so we decided to contact the helpline number later and raise our complaint.
What we learnt from this incident is always contact the helpline number (1033) there itself.
